Just before noon, on November 29, 2012, Boston Fire Alarm struck Box 33-1451 for the train crash in the Boylston MBTA Station at 178 Tremont Avenue. The "low speed bump" of two trains caused 30+ people to be removed from the tunnel by Boston Fire and evaluated by Boston EMS. There was no fire or entrapment and the Green Line was shut down for the duration. All of the injuries were considered minor.
