On the frigid morning of January 17, 2007, the Paterson, NJ Fire Department responded to Summer Street for a building fire. Crews arrived to find a cellar fire in a mixed occupancy building. The fire extended through the upper floors and an outside attack was required to knock the heavy fire down.
