Just before 9pm, on the night of March 21, 2007, the Woonsocket Fire Department responded to Pine Street for a house fire. On arrival, firefighters found an advanced fire taking hold of an occupied 2.5 story house. Crews stretched lines inside and opened up interior walls and ceilings. Everywhere they opened, they found fire. They chased the fire around the structure for more than one hour.
