In the early morning hours of October 13, 2007, Engine 42 and Ladder 21 were sent to 9353 Broad Street for a "rekindle". On arrival, Engine 42 reported that they were stretching on a dwelling and asked for the box. Crews found heavy fire on the second floor of a vacant, two-story dwelling.
